Cancellation Policy

I understand that appointments are reserved especially for each client. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a cancellation and subject to the 50% fee. No-shows or missed appointments without communication are subject to a 100% fee.
